Resolution 1 – Stop Smoking. You can not get any benefits by smoking. Cigarettes cause the human body to weaken at outrageous levels. Avoid smoking is the best way to improve health significantly. Also be alert becoming passive smokers, it can cause same effect.
Resolution 2 - Eat Regularly. Skipping meals can lead to unstable blood sugar levels which make you fatigue. Try to eat small meals with 3-4 hours interval. Eating all over the day will make stable moods and healthier metabolism.
Resolution 3 - Drink Alcohol Logically. A glass of wine or a bottle of beer each day is rational. But more than three servings daily are too much and put the body at risk. Self-control is definitely important.
